Hey! I'm Grant.

As I began to get serious about my personal health & fitness journey, I went down every rabbit hole you can imagine trying to find the right way to lose fat, build muscle, and improve my own self-confidence.

I didn’t know how to bridge the gap between reaching my fitness goals and living life to the fullest. For me, they didn’t coexist.

My eating became very restrictive, only eating “good” foods and avoiding the “bad” ones at all costs. This lack of flexibility slowly began to consume my lifestyle.

I had a decision to make. Do I continue pursuing my fitness goals and let the other areas of my life suffer, or put my fitness goals on the backburner to gain control of my life back?

This fork in the road lit a fire in me, because neither option sounded ideal. I knew there had to be a third, more appealing solution.
